SUPHERR announced the Movimiento Rosa Water Festival, a sports and charity event that will take place on November 22 in Bahía Herradura, with the aim of raising funds for the National Association of Breast Cancer Survivors (ANASOVI). The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will be open to athletes, families, visitors, and sea lovers.
The event aims to pay tribute to women who have battled breast cancer and promote outdoor activities as a means of physical and emotional well-being. Organizers invite attendees to wear a pink badge, a symbol of resilience and solidarity.
Festival program
The day will begin with a tribute to the Dragon Boat Team CR, followed by the traditional paddle and flower ceremony, a moment dedicated to honoring women who have passed away and celebrating the lives of those who continue on their path to recovery.
Starting at 9:30 a.m., there will be an exhibition by the Dragon Boat team and the Hawaiian canoe team from Kayak Jacó. This will be followed by exhibition competitions in SUP and Kayak 3K, with recreational and elite categories, both in individual and doubles formats. The elite sprint competition is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.

A charitable activity
Participation costs ₡5,000 per person, which will be donated in full to ANASOVI and its programs supporting women who are breast cancer survivors. For those who do not have their own equipment, SUP or kayak rentals will be available for ₡10,000 per person.
SUPHERR is organizing the activity together with ANASOVI, Pura Vida Dragon Rosa, and Kayak Jacó, with the support of companies, entrepreneurs, and sponsors from Garabito. This collaboration demonstrates the community’s commitment to sports initiatives that generate a positive social impact.

Registration can be done by calling 8597-5000 or emailing info@supherr.com.
